I’m from out of town so this store is new to me. It was superb. Fresh produce. Clean isles. No messes unattended. Plenty of parking. I loved the hours. They closed at midnight. Where I’m from ‘wally world’ closes at 11.. this place had everything I was looking for, plus some. The staff was all over the place so if I needed assistance they were close by. Making sure to stop by again before we head back to Texas. Thanks for a good experience!

i went in around 6:15 AM to go to the bakery for sweets for my co workers. as i was grabbing donuts and trying to close the box, i was clumsy enough to accidentally drop 6 donuts out of my dozen that i grabbed. i immediately felt awful, and turned to a work i saw nearby and mentioned the mess i made. im someone who tears that people will be upset (especially at 6am) over something like this. I DID NOT CATCH HER NAME; but she was extremely sweet and kind and helped clean up and even helped me close the donut box. she kept assuring me that everything was okay and seemed happy to help. customer service goes a long way when it's done with compassion and kindness! thank you so much to the lady who helped me! i felt like my morning was so bad but you made it better with your kindness :)

I had a wonderful experience with Colin the store manager on duty.His customer service skills and personality will be one of the top reasons I frequent this location. I work in the area but live on the City 45 minutes away..I was trying to get groceries before the bad weather and i was late and was told no by a few employees i couldn't get my order.Drive up and go is a needed service to someone like me who has mobility challenges. He said yes and got my groceries to me with a smile and great attitude. He exemplfies Jewels customer service values.Please recognize him and give him’a raise .Thank you Colin...

This is a WOW WOW WOW story! I met the manager and designer of the flower arrangement because a friend and I went to pick some flowers. Her name is MARIA JIMENEZ. This person is the type of employee that companies like this want. Apart from her great talent with her designs, she has a big heart and EXCELLENT customer service. She is the type of employee that makes you feel at home. I would love for the company to recognize her and make it public since this type of talent, personality and art involved at the same time is rarely seen in daily life. I share some photos of the decorations she made. Thank you Maria for your talent, professionalism in your area and that CHARISM that captivated me!

Really big store it has pretty much all your needs and wants from grocery to house old items liquor you name it they almost have no wait times since it's such a big store including allot of self check outs fairly very clean compared to others ive been to and floors look amazingly clean I've really got nothing bad to say even if i tried

Stopped by to look for Mother's Day cards and ended up finding a large selection of flowers. They had many different arrangements for all budgets. They even had chocolate covered strawberries. It was a 1 stop shop for all the Mothers in my life!

I just left the store and it was the greatest Jewel experience of my life. First I went to the bakery counter to ask if they had eclairs they said no, I jokingly said I'll sit here and wait you let me know when they're ready. They responded back with it'll just take a few minutes we'll gladly make some for you. Then I turned the corner and saw the meat case and it was by far the best presented meat case of any Jewel I've ever been to In My Life. The entire staff of this store is top-notch!!

Devon the female manager(and if she’s not a manager, she needs to be) at self check out was awesome. Taught me of Jewel app n clip coupons. Personality was gre8t!! Never have I been treated so well !!!! I was stressed n financially struggling n needed these savings Jewel was offering She made Jewel in Franklin pk my go to store!!!!! I’m in customer service in a fast food high lunch pace restaurant n Devon was over the top !!!!! See y’all tomorrow! Facts! Over all I’m Maria hope she reads this or gets recognized for her above and beyond service!

They had some good tasting food. I appreciated having self-checkout kiosks. I appreciated that the store had long hours, which was convenient for me. I also liked that I could track purchases using the Jewel-Osco app. For the area, the store also has a convenient location and a sizable parking lot. I appreciated some pre-prepared grab-n-go food that I got at this store.
